Retinopathy of prematurity is a condition seen in preterm, low birth weight babies with other risk factors which lead to abnormal blood vessels in retina which can lead to retinal bleed, vitreous bleed and ultimately result in retinal detachment and complete blindness before the child can even realise it.
Our centre, is one of the few centres in central India which is dedicated to screening, diagnosing and treating this problem.
